STAR TRACE Vibratory motors are totally enclosed 3Phase, Squirrel cage induction motors with adjustable, eccentric weights mounted at both ends of the shaft, to set up vibrations during rotation. The design of shaft and the selection of bearings has been carefully done to withstand heavy radial loads. The perfect vibrating movements brought about by the vibratory motor and their capacity to with stand radial loads is attributed to their design and selection of raw material.

Construction of Vibratory motor

Exhibiting no difference in exterior to be differentiated from the regular motor the vibratory motor is a fully enclosed structure designed to fit aptly into rough working environment. The vibro or vibratory motor bring about vibration in motion by unbalanced weights. With adjustments in the unbalanced state changes in vibration are brought about to suite the application or requirement. Changes in the frequency of vibration is also possible which again is related to the kind of application it is put to use.
