The Pneumatic Ball Vibrators are compact equipment designed to facilitate free flow of material in chutes, feeders or any other location where there tends to be hindrance in smooth. The Pneumatic Ball Vibrators consists of a rust proof iron casing which harbors hardened steel ball and racing. The rotatory movement of the ball is brought about by compressed air which in turn bring about vibration.
Features :The control unit comprises of a constant generator, an amplifier and seven segment LED display. An invariable current is made to pass through the Hall probe which when placed in a magnetic field produces a voltage proportional to the magnetic filed. This voltage is amplifier circuit and output is read on a digital panel meter calibrated in kilo gauss.
- Nylon end plates are located on either side to contain the ball and prevent the ingress of dust an dewater, thus allowing the unit to be used in dusty or wet environments.
- Inlet and exhaust ports have standard pipe threads, allowing the exhaust air to be piped away, ensuring that n restriction is imposed o exhaust air.
- Four mounting holes are provided, two vertically and two horizontally for handling difficult mounting positions.
Star Trace Pneumatic Ball Vibrators, which is small in overall size, pneumatic ball vibrators frequency can be regulated by adjusting the flow of air to the vibrators making them useful for:
- Aiding the smooth flow of material from chutes and hoppers.
- Loosening bottles and similar objects from jamming together and blocking conveyor systems.
- Compaction of material in containers, molds.
- Separation of various sizes of material on screens.
- Maximum temperature 100oC -220oC.
- Noise level range 75 to 85 dBA.
The Pneumatic Ball Vibrators possess several advantages over other systems producing vibration as they are easy to install, do not demand changes in existing set up for installation and provide trouble free working. With time the rotatory motion of the steel ball causes wearing out of the races which need replacement.
