Demagnetizer

Star Trace demagnetizer is one of the early equipment introduced by us. It is exclusively designed to remove magnetic properties acquired during the manufacturing process. Only when the magnetic properties are completely removed can it function to its true potential and this is achieved to perfection by our Demagnetizer. Demagnetization of different objects need different Demagnetizer equipment models. We offer Demagnetizers in two models one is the plate Demagnetizer and the other is the Tunnel Demagnetizer. Though both are involved in demagnetization the the products they handle vary. Small objects like tools, ball bearings etc. are demagnetized in tunnel Demagnetizer. Bigger sizes are also handled but with limitation to specification. On the other hand plate Demagnetizer allows objects like boxes, sheet etc to be demagnetized which have larger surface area. Though there are model specifications and limitations in size, we provide customized Demagnetizer to suite the precise need of our clients.
