Demagnetizers are available in two types Tunnel Type and Plate type. Depending on the kind of object to be demagnetized the model is chosen between plate and tunnel.
The tunnel type Demagnetizers are used in manufacturing units that have constant production and the size of the product is compatible. Spare parts or tools which have to be Demagnetizer are set on conveyor belts and allowed to pass through the tunnel Demagnetizer at a fixed speed. On moving out of the tunnel complete demagnetization is achieved.

Plate Type Demagnetizer is suitable for general component spare parts, attachments, tools,roller bearings etc. for fixed way demagnetization. The top of the plate magent resembles a plate and the part to be demagnetized is slid smoothly over the plate type Demagnetizer and by doing so the magnetic property is completely removed.
After operating by 20 mins, it must be turned off for 20 mins. Automatic Temperature Protection : When temperature reaches to the setting point, the power will be cut off automatically, and then it will restart to work.
