The Mini Gold Separator is specifically designed to adapt the recovery of precious metals from rubble beds, dump tailings, alluvial sands and stamp & ball mill product. This Mini Gold Separator is specially developed for small mining purposes. High recovery of precious metals (fine & coarse) is obtained by the unique centrifugal principles of riffle technology.
Depending on the ore type, the capacity of the Mini Gold Separator varies from 1.5 – 3.5 tph. It can be either driven by electricity (single phase or three-phase) or petrol or diesel or gas or steam to allow for operation in remote areas. Wash hose and jets are fitted with the screen for making the slurry with water. Conventional panning or the Star Trace table is further required for purging the concentrate each hour.
The Mini Gold Separator is a cleaner and energy efficient alternative to the conventional technique followed by artisanal and small scale miners. This allows for a quicker return on investment facilitating the transfer from substance mining to business scale production.
